Effective date: October 17, 2026

In short: our products are digital and delivered instantly. All sales are final once the download is made available to you. We don't give refunds for change of mind. If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, we'll fix or replace it. If we can't, you get a price reduction or a refund.

1. No refunds after delivery

• Before you pay, you check a box at checkout (not pre-checked) to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. We then confirm this by email. Once the download is made available, the purchase is final (Section 7 of the Terms of Sale).

• We don't refund purchases because you changed your mind, didn't use the product, expected different results, already knew some of the prompts, or bought the wrong product by mistake.

• Please read the product page before buying. It lists the number of prompts, the languages, the file formats and sample prompts.

2. Faulty, missing or not-as-described files (your legal rights)

These rights are required by law and are never excluded:

1. Email support@aipromptagent.ai with your order number and a short description (a screenshot helps).

2. We fix or replace first: we send a working or corrected file free of charge, usually within 2 business days.

3. If that fails (we can't or won't fix it, the problem remains, or it's serious), you may ask for a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract for a full refund. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of your valid request.

4. Not delivered at all? We'll deliver without undue delay. If we still can't, you get a full refund.

We answer every complaint within 14 days. Details: Section 8 of the Terms of Sale.

3. Memberships (Prompt Club)

Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time online (link in your membership emails or the Stripe customer portal). You keep access until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made. Periods already paid are not refunded, except as required by Section 2 or by mandatory law.

4. By region

• EU/EEA and UK: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the download is made available, because you expressly consented and acknowledged this at checkout and we confirmed it by email (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 38(1)(13) Polish Consumer Rights Act; Reg. 37 UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If any of these conditions wasn't met in your case, your right of withdrawal remains. Contact us.

• United States and other countries: all sales are final, except for faulty or undelivered files (Section 2) and any non-waivable rights under your local law.

• Mexico and Brazil: we don't accept orders from these countries (Terms, Section 3). Any order that gets through anyway is cancelled and fully refunded.

5. Before you open a chargeback

Please email us first. Most issues are solved within 2 business days. If a delivered order is disputed, we provide the payment provider with:

• the order record;

• your checkout consent (date, time, IP);

• the confirmation email;

• the download logs.

See Section 16 of the Terms of Sale. This never limits your right to dispute a payment you didn't authorize.
